Reindeer herder Alexander has lived in the heart of the arctic taiga in Yakutia for many years. Hundreds of kilometers of forest, mountains and tundra are what he considers to be his house.

He has the largest house possible and he knows every tree, path, river and hill that make up its contents. His singular life with the reindeer is an endless struggle for survival yet it is his beloved home and the animals need his care. His knowledge of the world outside his surroundings is great. And though he has not been in any city for over 20 years, he dreams of one day going on a world tour to see Tibet, Rome, Australia. But for now the deer, nature and the mountains and rivers are world enough for him. By  Alexey Golovkov, 60’ 2019   http://eon-film.com/en/proekty/
